Terms of sale

Parties

Seller: Mağusa Av Market Ltd., Salamis Road No. 42, Famagusta, North Cyprus. Buyer: the customer whose details appear on the order form.

Subject

The sale and delivery of the products the buyer orders through the site. Licensed items are outside the scope of this agreement; they are sold in-store only, in line with regulations.

Price and payment

Prices include VAT and are those valid at the time of order. Payment is by bank transfer or cash on delivery. For bank transfers the order is confirmed on receipt.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Used items, opened consumables and hygiene products are exempt.
